My approach is Holistic, Transpersonal/Existential, and Trauma-Informed, while also relying heavily on the creation of autonomy and meaning. My style is particularly effective for people who are struggling to overcome traumatic and damaging life experiences, including adult survivors of childhood abuse, veterans, individuals in the GLBTQIA community, and others who have had to cope with severe hardships.
I have had a particularly interesting walk in life, and I tend to work best with those who have also experienced unique forms of trauma (ritual abuse, sex trafficking, gang activity, military, religious trauma). I also work well with folks who are parts of alternative communities (BDSM, Paganism, Polyamory, GLBTQIA). Also musicians and artists.
