I am committed to supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges with respect, compassion, and empowerment. As a therapist, I am here to walk beside you as you navigate life’s challenges and transitions.

Some of my specialties include depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, trauma, interpersonal conflict, sexual health, ASD/ADHD clients, and LGBTQ+ clients. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Narrative theory, emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to bring a client-centered approach.
