Whether you're looking for individual, couple, or family therapy, working with me you'll be met with compassion and a place to safely express yourself. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the power of storytelling. I believe that we all live by the stories we tell ourselves and others. Therapy offers a unique space to share, reshape, and reclaim those stories. My goal is to empower you to become the author of your own narrative, especially when outside influences—including unhelpful societal norms or relational patterns—have clouded your voice. I'm especially interested in working with LGBTQ+ clients and/or those with autism.
I tailor my approach to meet every client's individual needs, but some of the therapy models I'm trained in include narrative therapy, EFT, family systems theory, child play therapy, and socio-emotional relationship therapy. I'm also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which I use to treat trauma.
