As a Psychologist and Certified Yoga Teacher, I integrate my doctoral training in mental health with decades devoted to holistic wellness to support your whole-person well-being. I provide mental health counseling, sleep disorder assessment and behavioral sleep therapy for adults in KS and MO. I offer standardized assessment for sleep disorders and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the gold-standard intervention for chronic insomnia. My mental health therapy approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) with a client-centered, strengths-based philosophy—delivered in a safe, inclusive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming space.
