I work with adults who look capable on the outside but feel emotionally numb, ashamed, or disconnected in their relationships. Many have learned to live in their heads because their emotional lives never felt safe to inhabit. A significant portion of my practice is devoted to men, though I welcome people of all genders who are drawn to depth-oriented, trauma-informed therapy. I also support psychedelic integration for those preparing for or making meaning from past experiences.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and experiential. We explore how your past shaped the protective patterns you rely on now and begin to relate to them with curiosity rather than judgment. I draw from somatic work, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems to help you reconnect with your emotional life and create lasting change.
