I specialize in treating adolescents and adults struggling with mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, borderline personality disorder, trauma, grief, ADHD, LGBTQ identity, and issues around feelings of rejection and worthlessness. I have helped clients struggling with chronic suicidal thoughts and desire to self-harm.
I received my MSW from The Ohio State University before working for several high acuity programs at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. I have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for helping clients process and move past trauma.
