I work with children, teens, and adults navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, grief, or emotional overwhelm— shaped by past traumatic experiences. Many of my clients struggle to put feelings into words, feel “different,” are neurodivergent, or unsure where they belong. I proudly support my LGBTQ+ community with affirming, compassionate care. My clients often want healing beyond talk therapy and are drawn to creative, experiential approaches. Using EMDR and animal/equine-assisted therapy, I help people build safety, confidence, and a sense of control so they can reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity.

With trauma-informed therapy integrating EMDR, CBT, parts work, and animal/equine-assisted psychotherapy- I combine evidence-based approaches & the healing power of the human–animal bond with my background in Veterinary Medicine to help process trauma, manage emotions, and build connections. I provide a safe, affirming space for clients of all backgrounds.

I work with you to move past traumatic events that caused negative beliefs about yourself using evidence based pratices including EMDR and Equine-Assisted therapy. The initial few sessions we spend building a therapeutic relationship and establishing goals and coping skills. Then we dive into the treatment plan that allows you to feel relief and empowerment.
