I work with children, teens, and adults navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, grief, or emotional overwhelm— shaped by past traumatic experiences. Many of my clients struggle to put feelings into words, feel “different,” are neurodivergent, or unsure where they belong. I proudly support my LGBTQ+ community with affirming, compassionate care. My clients often want healing beyond talk therapy and are drawn to creative, experiential approaches. Using EMDR and animal/equine-assisted therapy, I help people build safety, confidence, and a sense of control so they can reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity.
With trauma-informed therapy integrating EMDR, CBT, parts work, and animal/equine-assisted psychotherapy- I combine evidence-based approaches & the healing power of the human–animal bond with my background in Veterinary Medicine to help process trauma, manage emotions, and build connections. I provide a safe, affirming space for clients of all backgrounds.
Healing takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re carrying grief, trauma, stress, or just feeling overwhelmed, I’ll meet you with compassion and understanding. Together we’ll make space for your story and take steps toward healing and hope. If this resonates, feel free to reach out—I’m here when you’re ready.
