Life can be beautiful, and life can be brutal. Life happens, and we have to adjust… constantly. Whether it is developmental – we’re entering a new phase of life, or incidental – something happened to us, it is so easy to get overwhelmed. If you find yourself struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, parenting, relationships, feeling overwhelmed, or simply longing to return to a time in your life when you were happy, then I am here to support you as you make the shift from surviving to thriving. I have experience with children, adults, couples, and helping parents navigate the challenges of parenthood.

I work with clients of all ages – from our littlest preschoolers struggling to make sense of their world, to teens trying to find their place in this world, to young adults and aging adults alike. I am here to support you on your journey. I am an empathetic, humanistic counselor who utilizes talk therapy with adults and teens and play therapy with children.

I believe that all people are resilient and capable of working through challenges, but sometimes we just get stuck. My role as counselor is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your own needs and wants and facilitate the change that you desire. Life is complex and complicated, and I will do my best to provide support that meets your needs.
