As an EMDR-trained relationship specialist, I am passionate about working with high-achieving adults and couples. I will help you become more aware of your vulnerable and protective parts and teach skills to improve your ability to communicate, connect, and co-parent more effectively. Deeply relational and energetic, yet results-inspired, I use evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and IFS. I also incorporate mindfulness, creativity, and humor into my practice.
