I offer a safe, supportive and caring space open to folks of any gender, orientation, race, or religion to gain insight and change problematic patterns of behavior. I enjoy working with kids, young adults in transition to an independent life and adults encountering life difficulties. I provide individual couples and family therapy. My specialties are with eating disorders, other addictions, self harm, trauma, ADHD, anxiety and depression.
My emphasis is on a healing relationship accompanied by skill building processes. I use a combination of Third-Wave Relational-Behavioral and psychodynamic therapies. I have a background working in teen and adult residential treatment facilities specializing in eating disorders and co-occurring conditions.
Together we can build a trusting relationship that reduces anxiety and resistance and allows us to reach a deeper understanding of yourself. We will develop new skills and coping strategies for a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
