Many adults seek therapy when they feel burned out, disconnected, or in the midst of significant transition and are looking for support beyond traditional talk therapy. I specialize in working with queer and transgender adults and with women navigating aging, including perimenopause and menopause. Common concerns include anxiety, depression, trauma (past or present), climate grief, and identity transitions. This work often resonates with those drawn to nature-based therapy and small group experiences that support nervous system regulation, shared reflection, and reconnection with self, others, and the natural world.
I offer trauma-informed, nature-based therapy for adults seeking healing beyond traditional office-based care. My work integrates ecotherapy, EMDR, somatic practices, and depth-oriented exploration, with a focus on supporting women and LGBTQ+ individuals through life transitions. Additionally, I am certified in Psychedelic Integration therapy.

Hike and Heal - Spring 2025 - Starts March 21st, 2025 at 9 am. This is a 6-Week Ecotherapy Group Limited to 6 women. The group will include mindful hiking on trails in Lewis and Thurston Counties to experience a connection to nature and how nature can be an ally in healing.
