Caryn W. Ayers
Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPC, NCC, BCC, CGRMS
Courage. Seeking therapy is a personal act of courage. I am passionate about fostering hope, individual empowerment, well-being and wholeness. Helping adults and particularly women break free of the thoughts, feelings and actions that are barriers to their best life is the primary focus for my practice. I strive to provide supportive, authentic, non- judgmental counseling interactions designed to facilitate growth and personal insight. My primary clientele consists of women and adults who are dealing with life challenges including depression, grief, anger, divorce, anxiety, co-dependency, perfectionism and shame.
I am trained and certified in Grief Recovery allowing me to help clients whose hearts maybe broken due to death, divorce, empty-nest, and other life losses. Grief is a normal and natural reaction to loss. Recovery involves actionable activities that help clients regain a sense of well-being and move beyond their grief.
As a Board Certified Coach and Certified Birkman Consultant I am available to adult clients who may not require therapy but are seeking a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. I offer coaching in personal, business and marital relationships.
