Are you or your child struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, sadness, anger or attaining social skills? I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience helping children, teens and adults — with or without disabilities — navigate relationships, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck. I use talk therapy, CBT frameworks and play therapy in my approaches with clients. As a Jewish clinician, I bring understanding and sensitivity to the current climate and to the unique challenges my clients face. I offer flexible evening and weekend sessions, available virtually or through outdoor walking therapy.
I specialize in working with children and helping parents work through tough stuff! I can help with shifting perspectives, positive self talk and increased self worth. I like to use approaches from CBT, art and play therapy as well narrative (story telling) approaches and always strive to use a strengths based approach with all clients.
It can be really confusing and hard to start therapy and work on these difficult things! I’m happy to use my expertise and years in the field to help boost self confidence, ease anxiety and cultivate positivity. I can also help provide other perspectives and work on social skills with children, teens and parents.
