I work with older adults, caregivers, and family members as they navigate shifts in identity, health, and relationships.
Sometimes, just having space to talk and be heard—without pressure or judgment—can be a powerful step forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your unique experience. I support clients in finding greater ease, clarity, and resilience as they move through life’s changes.
In addition to working with older adults, I support adults of all ages facing life’s challenges. I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
