I have spent many years working with children, adolescents, and young adults through very challenging times in their lives. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy which has shown to help reduce unhealthy behaviors and build a life worth living. I also have training in mindfulness, trauma therapies, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
