Are you looking for a space where you can be yourself, and also get to know yourself in ways that lead to a more authentic you? I view my work as coming alongside you, meeting you where you are and getting curious together. My practice is rooted in family systems theories; I will integrate approaches that consider how relationships have been, and are, formative in your life – from the relationship you have with yourself to family, friends, significant others and the greater culture, context and systems around you.
I most often work with couples, children and families. I approach working with all clients through a Bowen Family Systems lens, and will also incorporate Satir Family Therapy and Structural Family Therapy ways of thinking. With my youngest clients (children ages 5 - 12 years old), I incorporate aspects of Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy and Art Therapy.
