I work with students and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depressions, ADHD and other behavioral, social, and emotional impairments to help them achieve serenity in their lives.
I have worked as a school counselor for 25 years providing academic, post-secondary, and personal counseling for high school students. I am also a therapist for children, students and adults. I help them reach their personal best and find peace in their lives using a holistic approach in treating my students and clients by using a person-centered focus.

My passion is to help children, teens and young adults develop the necessary skills needed to reach their highest potential in high school, post-secondary education, training or employment.
