About
Offering Telehealth to clients living in TX & CA - Are you having feelings about all that is happening in the world or in your life? Are you a parent, a person of color, healthcare worker, LBGTQ+, business person, student? Have you been feeling different from others? As a Marriage & Family Therapist and Expressive Arts Therapist, my caseload includes people of all ages and diversity. I offer traditional therapy combined with the expressive arts, drama therapy, sand tray and mindfulness. It is not necessary to be an artist to benefit from a creative focus towards your goals for wellness and the life you choose to be living.
My process starts with exploring your strengths and resources then building a strong therapeutic relationship to be the foundation for exploring of what is happening in your life, relationships and what may be good to evolve. Utilizing the arts with traditional therapeutic orientations can help to contain and externalize concerns you may be having.
As a person of color w other differences, I realize that addressing areas of diversity can be an important addition in the therapeutic process. I am dedicated to bringing non-judgmental, empathetic support/acceptance so you can create the life you want to be living.
