My approach is warm, direct, and rooted in the belief that kindness and accountability can exist in the same room. I’ll meet you with compassion and curiosity while gently challenging the patterns keeping you stuck. Therapy can be hard, but it doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical. We’ll make space for honesty, humor, and the occasional well-timed swear word as we create meaningful change.
I help clients navigate imposter syndrome, relationship patterns, limerence, and big life changes. Through relational therapy, conflict resolution, coaching, and identity exploration, we’ll strengthen boundaries, challenge self-doubt, and uncover what keeps you playing small so you can create success that feels authentic to you.
