I currently have immediate openings for in person therapy in Minneapolis and telehealth across Minnesota. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that are hard to change, even when you are putting in a lot of effort. I work with adults, adolescents, and children who want a thoughtful, supportive space to better understand themselves and their relationships. In therapy, we focus on what is getting in the way, what matters most, and how to build steadier, more fulfilling ways forward.
Together, we find strategies that truly fit your life. I draw from CBT, DBT, play therapy, and trauma informed approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience, and self understanding. Through conversation, creative expression, and skill building, we create a plan that feels grounding, empowering, and practical for everyday life.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and you do not need to have everything figured out. I offer a supportive, grounded, and judgment-free space.
