In life, we are going to face difficulties, and sometimes these difficulties weigh us down and leave us unable to see many paths forward. Therapy can shine a light into this dark place, helping people see that change is possible. It provides a process for clients to overcome these difficulties and reclaim a positive identity, hope, and self-empowerment.
As a therapist, I seek to partner with my clients, working with them to instill hope and take action that leads to the better life that they desire. I do so through encouraging and challenging clients to understand the painful patterns that they are living in, and helping clients to develop strategies that transform the pain into peace.
Therapy can be the process that instills hope into places that hope appears absent. If you find yourself in a dark place, experiencing pain, or just need to talk through something, please reach out to me, and I would love to talk about setting up an initial session to work towards healing.
