In our work together, we’ll look at how past experiences shape the present and explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life or relationships. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, IFS, EFT, and DBT to support you in finding new ways of relating to yourself. Healing happens not by “fixing,” but by understanding yourself more fully.
