Additionally, please know that there are no expectations for creating art.
I specialize in utilizing strengths-based and person-centered approaches to empower you and meet you where you are. The client leads the direction of the session, and you can expect to feel supported by me along the way while we collaborate to meet your long-term and short-term goals.
I apply my extensive training in various art therapy and counseling techniques to tailor the therapeutic experience to each client’s individual needs. Most importantly, I show up as my authentic self and strive to create a comfortable atmosphere where each client feels heard.
