I specialize in working with folks who have cptsd or who have experienced narcissistic abuse. Using EMDR and IFS, we’ll create a space where your system can finally exhale. A space where you’re not too much. Not too sensitive. Not broken.
Healing takes time—and space. For many survivors, a standard 50-minute session can feel rushed, like there’s barely time to settle in before it’s time to wrap up. That’s why I offer longer sessions and virtual intensives—so we can move at your pace, not the clock’s. Meeting virtually means you can stay in the comfort of your own space with your comforts.
