Hello! I work with individuals on a range of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, and identity conflict as a result of recent life transitions. I primarily work with individuals aged 18+, but I make exceptions in certain cases. You can expect to find a clinician who will meet you where you are at with a curious, humorous, and authentic approach. As a person consistently existing somewhere in what I view to be “uncharted territory” as a queer, disabled, emerging adult, I have enjoyed exploring client’s intersecting identities with them to promote feeling heard and respected in our time together.
I employ a flexible approach to counseling drawing from techniques rooted in narrative, gestalt, trauma-informed, and polyvagal theory. I enjoy using these modalities as I find they can help clients utilize their unique stories and experiences with complimentary coping skills to live a life that works for them.
