My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I use evidence-based practices such as Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychoeducation. Each session is tailored with empathy to meet you where you are. I create a safe space to explore emotions, build resilience, develop coping skills, and confidence.
