Asking for help is not always the easiest thing to do. I seek to create a place of safety and trust for you to stretch, grow, change, and open yourself up for healing to begin. I engage the counseling process from a non-judgmental and compassionate approach, allowing clients to feel heard and understood as they gain insight and develop coping strategies. I aim to view my clients holistically using therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative and Art Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce-related issues, family dynamics, relationship issues, grief, identity, spiritual formation, healing from childhood wounds, and mental illnesses.
