I work with adult individuals, families, couples and teens. I offer EMDR therapy and work from a trauma-informed lens where we may talk about topics like guilt and shame, hypervigilance, self-acceptance, boundaries, grounding, and more. I also use the Solution-Focused model where we will define achievable goals that are broken down into action steps.
If you are looking for support, it would be an honor to work with you and be a part of your journey.
