Individual Psychotherapy is a process of getting to know yourself and your inner world, so you can live more fully in the outer world of work, play, and relationships. I do what I can to create a safe environment in which you can be emotionally honest with me and yourself, which allows you to access previously scary or unavailable parts of yourself, so that you can embrace your past; live more fully in the present; and be creatively alive in your future.
