Hi! My name is Carrina Trantalis and I am a Connecticut licensed therapist. I specialize in working with adult women who are struggling to navigate some of life's challenges. My passion is working with individuals who are are currently navigating pregnancy, postpartum, a NICU stay or navigating a loss. I also work with women on processing traumatic birth experiences and those who struggle with challenges related to body image, anxiety, and life changes/adjustments.
There are truly so many ups and downs throughout life's journey. I acknowledge that we all experience life’s chapters differently and because of this, I promise to always treat my client’s stories and experiences with the utmost respect.
