I work with adults (ages 18 and up) in a private practice setting. I see clients in person and via telehealth. I have worked in private practice for over a decade and work with a variety of populations. My specialties include, but are not limited to: Eating Disorders: Compulsive Overeating/Binge Eating, Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Relationship/ Marital issues, Stress Management/Wellness, Grief & Loss, Mood Disorders and Trauma.
Prior to working as a therapist I worked in corporate wellness and fitness. Using my knowledge of behavioral change and wellness I work with those struggling with obesity. To treat Binge Eating I use a program unique to my practice called "Finding M.E." which is taught exclusively in individual therapy.
I am a solution-focused therapist who provides support and honest feedback to help my clients resolve psychological issues and negative patterns of behavior. I believe in empowering my clients which builds self confidence so one can manage the challenges in life whether it be personally or professionally.
