Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or disconnected from themselves. You might be navigating anxiety, intrusive thoughts, burnout, self-criticism, relationship stress, questions around identity or belonging, or have a deep desire to feel more at home within yourself. I primarily work with adults and teens, including late-diagnosed neurodiversity, queer folks, and women. My clients are often sensitive, creative thinkers, and deep feelers. Together, we can create a space where you can slow down, explore what’s on your mind and heart, and cultivate a greater sense of clarity and connection to self.
Art therapy is always optional- you don’t need previous experience or have to make art to benefit from therapy with me. When clients do choose to engage with art, the creative process can be a powerful tool for expression and insight, especially when words are hard to find. Art making can also help with anxiety and regulating our nervous system.
Therapy can be a space to exhale, untangle what feels complicated, and move toward a more grounded and self-compassionate version of yourself. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Please feel free to reach out to me to schedule a free consultation, or ask any questions. We can explore what feels most helpful for you together. :)
