Diet culture is at an all time high right now, and if that's stressing you out – I'm here to help. I specialize in perfectionism and body struggles (including disordered eating and eating disorders) and I get just how hard it is to deal with the overwhelm of trying to be happy in a world that is feeling increasingly scary and unrelenting. It's not that everybody else has things figured out, you may just be trying to live by rules and expectations that you never chose. I help you sort through the noise and reconnect with what you actually care about. In the process, you become nicer to yourself and more connected to those around you.

Working from a foundation of Relational Gestalt therapy, I am always seeking to help you increase your awareness— both of yourself and of the systems that impact you and how you experience the world. My background lends itself especially well to working with body image concerns, entertainment professionals, and sex/relationship challenges.

I always bring my authentic self to sessions— I can't help but infuse our time together with warmth and humor when appropriate, but also strive to tailor my approach to fit your unique context, needs, and goals.
