My approach towards counseling is to be a caring, empathic listener who objectively guides clients to understanding themselves and the origins of their problems to prevent their reoccurrence. We will work together to define your personal goals and explore how you can strengthen your resources to reach them. Some typical outcomes of therapy include improved self-confidence, greater ability to maintain mutually satisfying relationships, and even increased productivity. I run a psychology group practice with multiple specialties and cultural backgrounds represented. We treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, family and romantic relationship problems, trauma, self-defeating patterns of behavior, career/school stress and dissatisfaction, racial and sexual minority concerns, and grief and loss issues.
Our services include individual, couples, and family therapy for clients of all ages and comprehensive assessments for ADHD, learning disabilities, school and testing accommodations, emotional problems, career interests, and readiness for bariatric surgery. Our professional offices are conveniently located, but telehealth is also a great option.
