Being a WOMAN is hard. Being a MOTHER is hard. Hell, just being alive is hard sometimes! This can be especially true if we are dealing with a history of trauma, relationship issues, mental health struggles, addictions, co-dependency, postpartum depression and / or anxiety and loss. As women, we often put the needs of others before our own and we can lose ourselves in the process. We can experience shame for not measuring up when we compare ourselves to others. We may judge ourselves harshly. We may feel alone in our struggle and may be afraid to reach out for help, afraid that others may judge us too. We may begin to feel hopeless.
Your Hope is Here. Through the use of a comprehensive assessment we will create an individualized healing plan that will inform your treatment. Based on your needs and preferences we can choose from a combination of ; Polyvagal, CBT, Nature Based Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to restore your sense of wellbeing
As a woman and a mother with lots of lived experience, I offer a healing space where you can be seen, heard, and understood without judgement. Come as you are, have a cup of tea, take a walk in the woods, sit by the creek or on a comfy couch and take a moment to yourself. Healing is possible. You dont have to do it alone, you were never meant to.
