Together, we can navigate the hard stuff with honesty, compassion, curiosity, and a little lightness along the way. I believe therapy should be a place where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and maybe even laugh a little. I believe that the things we love matter, too—music, animals, nature, relationships, laughter, and all the quirky little pieces of life that make us who we are.
Along with serving a wide variety of clients with focuses such as anxiety and neurodiversity, I also specialize in supporting women through life transitions, as well as the physical, emotional, and relational changes that can accompany women’s health. I am familiar with ASD and cognitive disabilities, and welcome all forms of diversity and abilities.
Most importantly, I value building genuine, trusting therapeutic relationships where you feel safe to explore any and all parts of your experience. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can show up exactly as you are, feel truly seen, and discover new ways to move forward with greater understanding, compassion, and maybe even a little more ease.
