I often work with highly driven individuals who hold themselves to exceptionally high standards—people who are used to achieving, performing, and pushing forward, even when it comes at a personal cost. My approach helps clients maintain their sense of excellence while also addressing the often-overlooked challenges that accompany high achievement, including burnout, perfectionism, and internal pressure. I have extensive experience in marriage counseling as well as adolescent issues and I specialize in disordered eating.
As a cognitive-behavioral therapist, I draw from a broad range of evidence-based interventions. I strive to strike a balance between acceptance and meaningful change. I am deeply committed to helping individuals build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with their body and with food.
Your needs will be assessed and an individualized treatment plan developed giving you an idea of how we will achieve your therapy goals. I am passionate about improving both recognition and treatment of your struggles, offering clients a space where they can develop greater self-understanding, resilience, and balance.

Clients I work with often experience a mix of depressive and anxious symptoms. Many have a complex relationship with both food and their bodies. Attachment trauma is another common concern whether from childhood or the marriage relationship. I also offer faith-informed counseling and support through faith transitions.

With a balanced mix of acceptance for things as they are and commitment to value based change there is a lot that can be accomplished. I often use various forms of cognitive behavioral therapy including those specific to particular issues such as insomnia, chronic pain and trauma.
