I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has had 10+ years experience conducting Mental Health counseling to adults & children, & providing Domestic Violence advocacy, assisting survivors through the Family Court & Criminal Court process, safety planning, & being an emotional support through the healing process.
I have also had the opportunity to work with at risk youth and parents/guardians, focusing on behavioral issues, teen dating violence, ADHD, parenting struggles & self injurious behavior in adolescents. In addition, I have assisted clients with grief and loss & have also been a support to those challenged with addiction.
I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach mixed with Trauma-informed techniques and other methods to help support your healing and growth. I offer a non-judgmental, nurturing, client-centered place for you to begin your journey. You do not have to do it alone.
