I believe that each person exists in relationship with themselves, and that this informs the ways that they exist in relationship to others. Naming and identifying the feelings that cause us to react versus respond is hard work! Through hearing your story, we can begin to identify how you react from places of pain, and over time, identify ways that you can respond from places of peace. This will allow you to build a sense of self that aligns with your values, be more effective in your relationships, and address any "stuck points" that are impacting your life.
The combination of the mind and body is a powerful healing tool. I am passionate about helping people access a calm and grounded state that creates a pathway to well-being, growth, love and safety. This is the beginning of hope and change.
