I am a professional clinical counselor, clinical supervisor, art therapist and psychedelic assisted psychotherapist practicing collectively for over 23 years. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients connecting to their sense of personal empowerment and tapping into their unique strengths. I have taught in a variety of settings providing workshops and trainings to clinicians throughout Northeastern Ohio. Self-care and wellness are a priority. Expressive therapies, somatic and creative interventions are essential components used with clients, supervision of counselor trainees and when facilitating workshops and trainings.
Areas of clinical expertise include somatic and creative modalities, trauma-integrated care, addiction work, mood/anxiety concerns and overall health and wellness support. My professional work is deeply informed by my belief in mind-body connection and creativity.
I have advanced my clinical practice with the completion of both the Gestalt Training Program and Working with Physical Process. I completed an intensive training program learning about non-ordinary states and how plant medicine can support humans to feel better. I believe that connection and compassionate care are vital components to living a full life.
