I primarily use EMDR with individuals 18+ to create a nonjudmental, safe place to foster healing and change.
I focus on transforming the lingering "stuff" from our experiences which often show up in problems with relationships, anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms. I mostly use EMDR but am trained in, and incorporate, a variety of evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
