Our sessions will help you access more feelings of peace and calm, while also gaining a greater understanding about yourself. My services are provided via my private practice, Evolve MindBody Wellness LLC. Practicing since 2000, I provide individual counseling to those in AZ and life coaching services across the nation. My areas of expertise are addressing depression/anxiety, relationship difficulties and life transitions.
I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and caring environment so that the journey of healing and growth can begin. My approach is eclectic, incorporating various treatment modalities into the counseling and coaching process. I address the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects, treating the whole person. I also offer equine-assisted sessions in the East Valley.
As a classically trained therapist and graduate of NYU, I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as EMDR, CBT and Mindfulness techniques.
