I’m Marriage and Family Therapist, extensively trained to treat individuals, couples, families, and groups in areas of depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, relationship issues, self esteem, life transitions/stressors, mood/thought disorders, and chronic illness, among many others (see my resume in photos). I specialize in trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD and in treating 1st Responders and Veterans. I provide warm, grounded care to marginalized folks bringing a sensitivity towards issues related to LGBTQ+, identity, neurodivergence, illness, sexuality, and ENM/polyamory

A graduate of a social justice-focused university, I am committed to inclusivity working with those “othered”. Drawing on my experience and specialization, I address a variety of challenges and am often sought after by First Responders, frontline workers, doctors, nurses, teachers, fellow therapists and associates, as well as creatives & deep thinkers.
