I utilize creative approaches to help empower and guide individuals, couples, and families on their own path to change and recovery from challenges. Most recent trainings and focus includes: EMDR, trauma, mindfulness, compassion towards yourself and others, and creativity. I offer telehealth sessions to fit anyone's current needs.
I am licensed in the State of Colorado and the State of Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have a Master's degree in Community Counseling. I am certified through the National Board of Certified Counselors as a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and Distance Certified Counselor (DCC).
