Making the decision to come to therapy is not an easy one, but it is the first step toward change. I have a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and is licensed as an Associate Counselor in Alabama. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy tailored to meet the need of each individual. My clinical experience includes but is not limited to trauma, anger management, depression, anxiety, sexual assault, self-esteem, grief and substance abuse prevention.
