My education and training are only part of what I bring to this work. My connection to ADHD and Learning disabilities, Anxiety, Caregiving, Substance use and Serious illness in families, and Housing instability is personal too. These aren’t just areas I chose to work with—they’re things that have been part of my life and helped lead me here. I’ve raised kids with ADHD and navigated school accommodations, I’ve cared for family through dementia and the effects of a stroke, been close to someone who relied on substances as a way of coping, and been through times when housing wasn’t stable.
I’ve worked in crisis services at Deaconess CrossPointe, behavioral services at Apex with learning disabilities and related conditions, substance rehabilitation, home health, waiver services, shelters and street homelessness. I can help you navigate resources, listen when you need to talk, or walk beside you while you figure out what comes next.
