I am currently accepting new clients ages 18 and up for individual counseling, in office and via video telehealth. Common presenting issues include anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and relational challenges. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of success in therapy. I have a preference for an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach, with focus on increasing open communication and expression of feelings in working with individuals struggling in relationships. I specialize in the 12 Step Recovery Model, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR in treating substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and trauma.
My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where you are free to be yourself. It is when you are your genuine self that you can begin to gain insight and allow for personal growth and healing.
