About
Do you know what is the single most important factor in determining a successful outcome in Counseling? The Counselor - Client relationship. Having a Counselor that empathizes and is willing to join along side as you begin a journey of exploring new solutions and possibilities can make ALL the difference! I'd like the opportunity to be that Counselor for YOU. My goal is to provide encouragement, create empowerment, and offer you a safe environment to confront issues and attempt new approaches that could lead to greater happiness and fulfillment.
I specialize in working with couples, individuals and families. As your Counselor, I can help you to uncover and break free from destructive patterns and cycles that can hinder relationships and prevent satisfying connections with others. For couples, I can assist with issues such as infidelity or frequent arguments.
For individuals, I offer assistance with issues such as difficult life transitions, depression, stress, anxiety and relational problems. Please call me for a free 10-minute consultation to determine if I am a good fit for your Counseling needs.
