For as long as I can remember I have loved to listen, help and encourage others. As a therapist I am honored to be asked to share a part of your journey, to help you seek, grow and/or learn more about yourself, to confront what may be holding you back, and to discover strategies on how to pursue your dreams and reach your goals. I am here to listen and share in your journey of healing while providing you with an empathetic, compassionate and safe environment.
For the past 9 years I have worked with individuals, couples and families who are struggling with grief, depression, spiritual concerns, self esteem, anxiety, anger, and/or adjustment issues. I am EMDR trained. I also have 7 years of previous experience working in an intensive outpatient setting with older adults both individually and in group.
I offer very flexible office hours which include weekend hours.
