Addiction Recovery Group
This is an 8-week course that will provide basic education related to drug and alcohol addiction and recovery. We will use CBT to create a relapse prevention plan to ensure you are aware of your triggers and how to cope with them. This course will cover early recovery, maintaining recovery long-term, creating a new identity, managing and healing relationships, managing finances and independent living, and more.

Pride Support Group
Members of this group will experience a safe and supportive environment in which to share triumphs and struggles related to identity. This group offers an environment of acceptance for all gender identities and sexual orientations. We will complete art projects and discuss ways to manage feelings, goals, community and relationships. This is an on-going support group.
